In this session, you will complete a hands-on activity exploring major and career values. Participants will be asked to categorize and rank their values from a list of over 40 values and their short descriptions, then discuss the reasoning of “why” behind their placement. This activity is useful for high school students exploring majors in college, college students who are considering a switch of majors or selecting which career/job is better, or a mid-level professional seeking out their next opportunity for growth and promotion.
