Charlotte Green


Charlotte Green received her BSE in Elementary and Special Education, an MSE in Gifted Curriculum, and an EDD in Education Leadership. An educator for 20 years, Dr. Green served as an elementary teacher, gifted specialist, homebound instructor, and elementary principal. She currently supervises the Gifted and Advanced Studies Program for the Conway Public School District and is an adjunct professor for the University of Central Arkansas. She is the founder and executive director of Arkansas Preschool Plus, Inc., a nonprofit organization that collaborates with early childhood development center to support school readiness. Dr. Green also co-founded Strategic Inc., a management-consulting firm that finds value across boundaries to help organizations and businesses sustain success through intentionality.  Dr. Green is a published educator who has written several articles and two books, Because I Said So: A Discussion on Parenting Styles and Achievement Gaps and Parent Bailout: The Bailout that is Really Crippling America
