Our focus for this session is to take time revisit intentional self-care. During this time of COVID, filled with uncertainty and anxiety, burn out has become more of a risk for all of us. The goal is to not only empower ourselves, but to better help those around us.
Our presentation will include a PowerPoint of Burn-out and Self-Care. Part of the session will include self-reflection and small group discussion about ways to revisit and be more intentional with self-care. We will also share signs of burn out, to strengthen self-awareness.
